The "new" Gr

Okay,

So the tutorial rule was put into place to try to encourage free learning resources. If so, why are you developing an LR download system as posted here:

In addition. Why haven't LR PSD shops been closed as well as everyone selling resources to the rest of the community.

I'm not trying to get all this closed, just to make a point. Simply by limiting tutorials won't create free resources. You may get some N-ovice's posting their tutorials. All you get from closing Paid Tutorials is d------ue in the GR Credit and less activity on this site. All the higher level designers will turn to a site which allows the sale of tutorials as the marketplace and GR will eventually die.

The stopping of tutorials was made for a reason and a reason i personally agree on. Why shouldn't the members on Gamerenders help their fellow members out by giving them tutorials to learn from? This is a site where people come to learn, not for members to come here and gain LOADS of credits and sell them for real cash and gain from it. This site isn't Gamerenders-Ebay, it is Gamerenders, a forum made for the sole purpose to LEARN.

Psd's and tutorials are two entily different things, it is up to the creator of the signature whether he/she would like to share certain pieces they have created with other members.

All these 'high rated' designers you guys talk alot about come from a ----ty ass forum call Nasty Slags Limited, they can go to hell for all i care, if they are only here to make a gain for themselves then they can ------ off, this forum isn't about that and to be honest i am getting sick of hearing about how high rated some artists are on here and i am god damn sick of being too ------ing nice on here and ignoring what ALOT of members say about other guys things, if you are that ------ing good at designing then why do you sell your ---- on here? This is a forum for gods sake, take it how it is or go die, i couldn't care less either way.

This isn't directed at any one person but a few guys i have seen on here who have MASSIVE ego's

I agree without a doubt - Most come from NSL because one day they turn --- and basically 'gods' of designing - Egofied and blinded by it they dont see anything else but the 3 letter word

Open your eyes...see the light as said this isnt some ebay here - Its is gamerenders - Built for renders but as it got bigger a place for learning with so much to offer

If people dont like the rules being made then for all i care they can leave without hesitation ... simple as that for me

1) Your not a high level designer. If your rated high, you likely kissed ass at NSL and got one of your friends to be like, 'zomg hes totally proz!'. If you were a high level designer, you certainly would not be at GR selling your 'art' (on a canvas of a few hundred by few hundred pixels) for internet currency.

2) If you don't like the rule, you can leave, your probably one of the bad seeds were trying to get rid of by making this new rule, we don't care for you if your here simply to make money. Take your ego elsewhere, before I personally am forced to show you to the door and kick you on your way out.

3) Tutorials are meant to be intended for a LEARNING RESOURCE. Its supposed to make you feel better that others would benefit off of your work. The reason why a download system is being implemented is that we can regulate a steady flow of credits, we can take a percentage of the credits off the top of each sale and help increase the value of credits. You can still help people while personally benefiting yourself, and you also get prizes based on your downloads per month that are actually quite substantial, and will encourage people to place their downloads for lower prices in order to win in the long run. It will help GR far more than hurt.

4) The rules are non-negotiable, if you do not like them, you can leave. If you wish to continue making a public fuss about the rule and / or other rules, I will be more than happy to show yourself to the door.

Yes and that is the sole purpose of some of the members on here FM chocolateplz but i don't see why they are here when that is all they want to do, this isn't Ebay afterall it is a forum where members come to learn new things and get help from the members on here, all of that has now suddenly disappeared and i would like to see that come back.

I know i am going to go back to the older days of Gamerenders here but i think members should help others out more like they used to, when i first joined all i seen around here were members helping each other out, whether it be a personal problem or help with their graphics and such, all i see now is alot of members bitching about this, that and the other and it really annoys me. Why can't we just be nice to each other and give people help where help is needed?

 

higher level designers lmao if anyone was truly a higher level designer they wouldnt be selling tutorials to start with on GR, they would selling their work for $$$ on DA and sites like that. The only people that cried about the rule are credit whores and if they leave good. Most of the tuts that are sold are the same thing anyway and not worth the credits to begin with. Most members here arent credit hungry and will gladly post tuts for free and if people wanna make credits they will have to use their imagination. If people dont like the rule they can leave
