Is there some settings or extension I can use to disable downloads in Firefox? Don't want some certain people going on my comp and downloading stuff.
And I got IE stopped from starting so no worries there.

Hide all browser icons on/in desktop/system tray/startmenu and/or rename them and change the icon?

This is assuming they are not knowledgable of computers....

Nice Idea there but might not work in some cases :)

Other than that I would suggest to rename or hide all the folders of Mozilla Firefox on your computer
and get Opera ... because If I am not wrong Opera can be stopped from downloading crap on your computer!

    So yeah....

Well I still want them to be able to use a method of going online and I'd use Opera but they don't really like Opera's interface (dunno why though).

Haha, it didn't work but it gave me an idea. I made a folder somewhere on my comp and redirected all the downloads there. They're not that computer literate so they won't know whats happening. Thanks for the suggestion guys. :)
