Adobe Reader Help

    Ok, i downloaded some vectore renders off gamerenders from resources here:

    topic

    It DLed it in PDF format. The images of the vector renders are in The adobe reader program but how to i get them as renders? do i have to cut them myself?

    I have photoshpop and imageready cs2. do i have to cut the vectors out my self and save them as a brush? or sumtin? ehhh!
