A hosting company (deuce4hosting.net) made a deal that if I made them a template they would buy me a domain name and give me some free hosting, that was about a month ago. They got their template about 2 days after that with all the pages done. After a month of stalling with buying my domain/setting up my hosting the owner says that hes not payin but is gonna use it. And then he threatened to hack me lol... I have some msn logs as proof.

Now I dont know what to do, I know that Im not getting hacked lol but what bout him usin my template without payin for it? I recomend that nobody buy hosting from this ------.

deuce4hosting.net is the worst/unreliable host ever, and he screws up his server/s every week or so like an idiot.

What should I do? I dont want to sue I just want my damn domain name.

Couldn't I do a lookup to see who owns his domain/servers?

According to a few of my GB friends, that would appear to be a valid address.

Also http://www.innohosting.com/support.html has the same contact address.

Sorry to say, but this isn't proof you can use against them. Anyone can type a msn conversation. Not saying you did.

Print out your screens and all your evidence. Take it to a court room or whatever and see what you can realalisticly do to him if anything.

Ask hinm to remove the template, if he doesn't Report him to his datacenter for violating the DMCA. If he doesn't take the template down then send a ceast a desist letter to him, just threaten him. Your not going to sue him so get such silly ideas out of your head.
