Yankees Lose To Red Soxs :(

Are you serious? I don't know how many people I've seen wearing yankee hats and aren't from New York.

 

I'm a New Yorker, currently on vacation in Europe, and the amount of Yankee memorabilia I have seen people wearing here astounds me.

It was a disappointing three-game series, and I would've loved for the Yanks to pull the carpet out from underneath the Sox, but so be it. We can't win em all.

A-Rod's start to the season was remarkable, but Rivera seems to have lost the finishing touch he was known for.

He hasn't been pitching like the 'Post-Season Cleanup God' he was known to be.

 

Ouch! the yanks also got sweeped by tampa bay! Woohoo! go M's! =]

 

LOL I just recently watched my friend's school play, which was Damn Yankees xD

Yanks are just jealous that all their good players were hurt, and congrats on getting out of that 7 game losing streak! :mellow:

 

The Yankees are starting off really bad. They should be able to work their way back up though.

 

If the sox play the way they have been playing and the yankees keep sucking i doubt it

No, our pitching WILL shape up. All the hurt players will get better. If A-Rod keeps being A-Rod, then everything else should fall into place.
We always manage to make the playoffs and lose. Wasn't the last time we were in the World Series in the loss against the D-Backs? Before that though, we won three ina row. I have a sweet plaque of that.
