OMG I would have though that after having read that you'd have actually tried to make a decent post, something different than the one line replies that even a braindead mosquito could predict you'd make.

There is such a thing as coincidence and error, why are the forums on this site named as they are? because it fits the site well? Then you have your answer, as to why the admin named his forums like he did.

And please, is there anyone on this site that can produce a decent post?!

 

Coincidence? Yeah it’s a big coincidence that the buttons are exactly the same and that the creator of that site has no money or a brain, and how long did you take you to type out that reply? Oh and you didn’t answer my question dumbass; coincidence is not an answer for that question.

I can see where you are coming from in relation to the name - if you are offering a site that is offering gaming renders, a good name for it would be Game Renders. Since the words "Game" and "Renders" are both generic terms, naming a site Game Renders would be acceptable but possibly slightly impractical due to there being another known site with the same name.

However what I think people have commented on in this thread is the use of nearly all the same forum folder names and categories, in exactly the same order. As you most would doubtlessly agree, having both the same site name and the same forum folders in exactly the same order is more than just a coincidence.

I can see what you mean.....but it was maybe, and probably the case that the admin got the titles from this site, as it is sucessful, in an attmept to get a sucessful site, then it a case of his judgemental error, therefore it is his fault.

However , i fail to see how a forum with about 6 active members and is hosted by a free server, can be any threat whatsoever to this site, with thousands of members? What makes you think differently, and why is your need to spam it is so great?

That reply didn't take long, probably about the same time as yours, except mine is 10 times longer and infinitely more coherant.

Thanks Llamaman, yes the creator has apologised and says he understands the anger experssed, which we all do, but we ask that it be accepted simply as error on his part, if the site were posing a threat to this one then I could understand certain members spamming it but it obviously isn't so why not leave it be?

I find it funny, that the only decent, constructive post in this thread from a frequent member is from a member of the staff....hmmmm

Since the creator has apologised then there isn't much else left for anyone to argue about, but i'll just finish by saying that the creator will probably have more success and less controversy by making a "mirror image" of another site.

I'll leave this thread open for some more commenting meanwhile.

as earlier post have said that people shouldnt consider there site a threat id just like to say i dont think its the fact that people consider your site a threat but the fact of how similar everything is, say you put your time and effort into making a good site and then someone came alond and copied your exact design, name, forum folders (in the exact same order)

youd have to admit you would be pretty annoyed right? people are just showing this in there own way ..

i would say GL with the site but i actually wish it would shut down due to its similarity with this website <_<
