Yeah, I don't much care for them.

That would be so great if Soundgarden came back. :)

Audioslave is the reason I like Soundgarden so much. I would have never discovered Soundgarden and notice the subliminal message that was giving to me when I was about 5-6 with Blow Up the Outside World. If it wasn't for Audioslave, I would have never discovered Rage and all of its glory.

But when they broke up, I was ticked. Rage Against the Machine should NOT come back together and do anything more than a tour. An album is the LAST thing you should see. Why? Well, tell me, what band broke up, came back together years later, then actually made an album that can live up to their older stuff? None.

On another note, I love talking about politics (see General Discussion for details), but Marxist politics in music 24/7 gets BORING. Get it straight, politics is a boring thing, and Zach's lyrics gets old FAST. I'm sure he's done more than enough of his Communist (which is only good on paper, by the way) crap by now.

Rage is great, but Rage gets old lyrically. Very old.

Audioslave, honestly, got better and better. Revelations was a great album, IMO, their best. They never got a chance to improve. Guess they felt like things should be separated than united.

Sadly, a Soundgarden reunion will never happen (I'm glad it won't, see paragraph 2 for details). Rage coming back is just meh, I do wish that Audioslave could've at least toured for Revelations and released another hit-single, though. :\

Rage should have done what Soundgarden did. Seal the lid, enjoy what you have made, don't tamper with it. It was of utmost quality, last thing you should do is mess with it when you're nearing your middle ages.

Audioslave was great, and Soundgarden is my favorite band of all time, Rage is fun to listen to....
