Banner Design

Hello there, I know this sounds bad but as you can see im low on credits so if this can be done as cheap as possible.

I need a banner made for My Custom Teamspeak login, This will also be used On teamspeak clients.

I need it simple but effective

Size : 500x83

Color : Lightblue and gray

Text : Immortal Systems

Subtext : The Future of hosting

This image will be placed where the current image is on this picture.

So you have a idea with what to work with.

How much will you charge? Also i may ask for font change with Immortal systems but im seeing what it would look like.

Edit : id like to may for FR so i can edit the font but i like it.
