What Comp Would You Like To See?

Simple, If i hosted a competition for the general GR public with the prize of $20USD via pay pal or a donator membership, what would you like to see?

I want idea people. Preferably somthing that will also genrate items to be turned over the the community eg tag comp.

 

Great the worlds largest battle. 100 or so people, That would be fun

 

That thought crossed my mind, but its alot to do ... and i dunno how many people would wanna play for only 20$ ..

 

Well its free money if they win so i reckon quiet alot of people would

 

But i would ask that all winning tags from each round be FR, so i can pack em for the community.

he will probs offer money to everyone, but if u cant use paypal, he will give i nform of creds

 

Of course, hwoever i would have to find a buyer, coz i only have 4k credits myself which is the equivilent of 20$.

So im thinking i will host the comp in the following weeks ( gotta wait till my pay goes in to add an additional 20USD.

There will be a round to determin who enters the comp ( i cant manage 400 people )
The winners are then broken into groups to battle out, i will need a judge team.
Winner proceed on losers are knocked out until one remains.

If winners do not have paypal i will award Credits valued to that ammount.

Thoughts?

 

To be honest sweetie i don't think that many people will join in with that sort of competition, they have a bigger chance of losing and an even less chance of winning.

I think you should make the competition more fun for the members, something that a lot of members can join in with whether they use 3D, PS, MS Pain etc etc.

How about they try to design a 2D teddy bear or something in 2D, that way all members can join in with whatever program they use and have fun whilst doing it.

I do want somthing most can join, however things like lp are out of the question because it would take me a week to view them all on a 56k modem.

Majority of the population are tga makers here anyway, and with that said i then can also give out the FR to the Gr mafia for the community, or sell them for credits to buy more recources.

My main aim is to have a good comp for everyone whilst also generating recources to give back, why not im sure most tag makers wont be two upset if they saw their winning tags going out to the community.

Other wise i might aswell just give GR mafia the money rather then it sitting in one persons account.

 

i would say like some sort of video game compitition/tournament

 

Maybe make it so that sigs are collected during the initial eliminating round that decides who gets to join the tournament. To participate you must provide a brand new (no premades) freestyle tag of your choice. A panel of judges will decide the top sigs and those members are the ones entered into the tournament. These sigs are collected for FR and go to the pack, the members who don't get in don't have to give up their sigs. Afterwards the rounds are themed and proceed normally.

To the participants this means the prize is good and they only have to give up one FR sig to compete. To the host/organizer this means you'll get a bunch of good sigs that you wouldn't have been able to buy individually with what you're giving out in cash prizes.

I think that is the way i will go about it.

Allow me a few days or so to set everything up get the final of the money i need into my pay pal and i will take applications.

Also i will need a panel of experianced judges that will not compete.
