    You are only allowed to download a game if the publisher releases the game to be freeware or shareware, A good example is Grand Theft auto, Was orignally released on Ps1 but is now avaliable for free download from their offical site, If the publisher hasnt released the game and you download it, It is called Piracy and thats illegal

    ok ok I am saying of games free of PC more as downloads that I dispatched by post seram altorizado for the idealizers of the game does not have problem
