he has the illest flow in the industry imo
and his lyrics are different he doesnt just talk about
    VVVVVVVVVVV
making it rain ,hoes, cars, and other stuff that is in most hip hop/rap songs to day

I never really like rap until i listened to him because he is so different. Not like most of the other rappers who are obsessed with pimps and hoes and certain other things <_<

Most mainstream rap is B.S, some chick shakes her arse and a nice hook thats what its about, Nas gets respect because he is maintstream yet isnt completely a sell out like G-unit ect...

    Like real rap, check out
JMT ( jedi mind tricks ) Storm of swords
Immortal Technique Dance with the devil
Saigon ( newest real sound i heard ) True Story ( also dose a joint with nas called "war" )

I will personally recommend any and all of them three.

Tupac will forever remain the king of rap becasue his rhymes where perfect in the sense it captured a generation and made the U.S powers take note about ghetto life, he reped the underdog and the hopeless, he will for ever remain the illest for that reason alone.
