Not bad hun, maybe darken some parts though?

its extremely well for only your second. but maybe for the third time youd like to add some colors

 

i like the colors you used its a good lp keep at it

 

It's underwater so not many colors can be used.

 

well if thats the case you have failed to create the underwater feeling -_-

 

Eh looks good enough for me.

 

I would remove the splatter filter from the c4d, maybe brighten it a little bit with the dodge tool and brighten the tag up aswell with a curves layer. And sharpen some parts with the sharpen tool and darken some parts with the burn tool.

It's nice, but needs some touching up.
