Counter Strike

    I have a prob..I try to play CS online.When I try to join a game it says you have to switch to c class client.What does that mean?

    from what i've seen the only real reason for the error is sv_lan 0, if that doesnt work first delete your autoexec.cfg (make a backup) and try again, if it still doesn't work make sure you backup the files you want (sounds, skins etc.) and delete your cstrike folder

    no.
    just delete the cstrike folder, not the GCF, the cstrike folder will automatically be recreated when you run the game again

    is it looking for maybe a class c aubnet? your isp may be class b. which would mean you're not playing on a home computer. or are you in a apartment complex? i don't know y that would be so, but maybe something is wrong. but that's the only class c thing i could think of if it's online. call your isp

    umm..my comp crashed i duno why...right now I am usin my bros laptop so yea and also i do live in a complex.When i get my comp bak i will reinstall it and tell u guys wht else happened thanks alot ;)
