    Is there anyway to downgrade from a premier account back to a basic one?

    i think there is. log on to ur account there and go on account settings and see if theres something like account service and see if theres any thing which lets you downgrade . just hope this works.

    No you can't. The only way is to contact paypal and ask them to do it for you.
