I just payed Casey $12 for some credits. Problem is that when he tried seding them, he got the following error

Then he logged out and logged back in but then he got the message that his account was locked.

Now, I know he isn't scamming me or anything, so could an admin possibly unlock his account (so I can get my creds ^^) or elaborate why that error showed up?

    Much appreciated!

many people have this problem, I also have it. there is a topic about this, i think in news.

you can't do much about it, neither the mods/admins can.

the only thing you can try is:
clearing your cache and put yout ferewall off.

these things didn't worked for me so I need to send credits with my psp, so also try using a different PC/Mobile phone/psp/..

    Hope this helped.

And about the locked acount is really weird :S I never have that when I log in again.

If casey can't send the credits in a different way, Eg. with his psp you need to let casey contact a mod and they can transfer the credits.

    Greats Kawa

I have already sorted this out for them, was asked to sign into his account and transfer the credits over :) Problem has been solved.
