A few things. First it says clearly that Prices are negotiable, I give advice for free (I wont charge if you simply want to know where to get a forum or how to add a banner or something) and finally ALL money raised from this service goes to The Big Shop of FREE; this means I buy up psd's and tuts FR and then give them out to EVERYONE. I feel these prices are correct because of the time it would take me to do each task. You say all you need to make a board is fill in the registration at IF. Thats true, but if you've never used IF before you may be confused as to why no forums appear, no categories, how to set up permission masks; admittedly if you fiddle around you'll get there, but that takes time and can be frustrating. I run this service on other sites and everyone has said I am very good at it. So just ssh and go spam somewhere else! I also dont know about IPB skins as this isnt an IPB service.
Aaah like that well i know a dude he host all kinds of things. creating websites. all that stuff and i hook him up with graphic works he will hook me up with that with the boards and hosting. i hope! maybe i can use ur help than . ^_^
