Rockstar Has A Problem

I get this everytime I try to add in another image into my tag. Also when I go to Filter, 5 options aren't selectable. Im not a no0bie as PS so I know ive got everything in order but I have never gotten this before.

 

I've never had that pop-up box before, but I sometimes get the un-avaliable filters thing. It's really annoying...I don't think there's any way of fixing it. They work automatically eventually anyway....

But what I did when I wanted to use them is to open an old .PSD of mine. Supprisingly, the filters work when you open older documents, so try opening an old PSD of yours. Then, delete all the layers, adjust the canvas size to what you want, and then save your document under a different filename.

Make sure when creating the canvas its resolution is 72 pixels/inch and its in RGB color at 8bits per channel

 

either what arbiter said or you are trying to move an image of higher resolution to a document with lower resolution

 

i get this when i go form a targa into my psd. Idk why

 

Targa's are high res pictures... Your sig psd is probablly a smaller one.

But, really I've never gotten something like that when I've tried moving something of bigger resolution to something of smaller. (Then again I am mostly using Photoshop 7 mopre than CS)

 

yeah, it's probably the extra info in the targa that causes that message to come up.
