Image Problem

I know that when you usually get an image off the internet and put it in photoshop the image looks different. I forgot how to fix it can anyone help me a bit?

are you saving it the same picture file type as the one off the internet?

 

just save it to your computer, then open it in photoshop...

 

I did it still has the same effect. I transfer it to rgb color but it does nothing, it stays the same. BTW thanx for yalls help regardless.

 

what do you mean transfer it? when you open the image, it should already be in rgb color...your settings may be off
