Need Help With Something On Ps.

I was reading a tut, and it says to do a "camera exposure". I looked throughout Photoshop (cs2), and can't find it. How do I do it?

 

You mean exposure adjustments? because i don't think theres such thing as a camera exposure

 

I've never heard of it either. The result of it in the tut is a thin swirl of light.

 

Well..You could do a lens flare/lighting effects filter, and do a twirl filter.
