if i have an unverifiedaccount paypal and somebody sends me money. Can I use this money to pay for stuff or can't unverified accounts send?

 

has to be verified first as far as I know.
If your not old enough for your own account, ask you parents.

yea if someone sends you money and its un-verified u can still send other people money...you just cant add money to it yourself

 

I don't have a verified account and I can receive and send money perfectly.

i use my parents , so i can like send money too my paypal with my own online banking.

if its unverified you cant send cash too your paypal with your own "online cash"

 

i have my own credit card and im 15. thats what happens when u live by yourself for a year

 

I'm not using a credit card. I just made an PayPal account and that's it.
