Just been on TV, Animal Farm.
I'm sure your all familiar with Stem cell Research and the like, growing working human organs and parts on animals like mice, nothing too new.

The program goes through a lot about it and the progress we've made with Stem Cell such as :

We know Starfish and the like regenerate arms when one gets cut off, but some mad crazy looking woman has somehow triggered a genetic code, inside Mice. The theory being that every animal could regenerate at one point in the past, mammals just evolved not to have the ability.

Anywho, it showed 3 mice, they put holes in the ears of the mice and presented pictures, showing it healing over 3 weeks.

The final picture, the hole had nearly completely healed, only a small dot was left...and no scarring.

Now crazy scary woman, and a lot of other scientists are going to start to try the same thing in Human Beings. Trippy. Im sure this is hardly new to most, but, discuss...Moral Implications and what have you.

Yeah i seen one program of this when i came home from work last week was very weird yet intriguing at the same time. They have procreated a flock of sheep, all identical in regards to their organs and such but not identical on the outside. They all have their own identities in a way. Was a good watch but in my opinion they shouldn't mess around with any animals but i suppose it could be good in some ways. Aslong as they are not harming the animals whilst doing this i don't really have a problem.

Oh there was something on there about rice also, they have managed to do something to it that could be great for the more poor countries but the 'main guys' will not let them go ahead with their ideas yet, i don't see why they shouldn't as it could help so many people out.

Your post doesn't answer my comment?
They could mess the experiment up, on purpose, animals can't.

Oh, well, your post should've been more detailed. Well, i'd still rather see it being done on them than animals

They can make sure that the person doesn't mess up. Leave the animals..

I was just gonna say that, if you have a pierced ear and you don't put in your earrings, it heals.
They should test with something else, like a finger... but who to test on...
