ok i need someone to add a credit card to my paypal account send 8 to another account and u keep the rest send the $8 to this account

No offense bro, but if someone verifies your account, you can spend the whole amount of the credit card (scam)
Your best bet would be to have someone buy you the domain and you would give them the $16 unverified paypal account.

Or you could go out and get yourself one of those prepaid debit card and use that to verify your account. Works perfectly.

and for whiteboy most people dont have the money and wont trust anyone so i dunno but i will do that if u gonna do it

Only accounts that can send money (while being inverifed) are Canadian accounts and I think Austrailian accounts. For U.S. account's, you'll need to verify it, it's the only way.
