.msstyles Files Not Opening?

    Ok, I downloaded a theme from deviantart.com the other day [Stolen VS 5] and it's a .msstyles file. The problem is, when I open it, it just send me to Disply > Appearence and nothing changes. I've tried several different versions and nothing works.
    Can anyone help? :/
