Problem With My Computer

When i turn on my computer this comes up:



It dont seem to be doing anything to my computer but i just thought someone here might know whats up with it. Dont want it turning into anything big. If anyone knows what it is and how i can fix it then thanks alot

 

just get a new HHCTRL.OCX and replace the old one

 

And how do i go about doing that? And wtf is a HHCTRL.OCX?
