My Sony Ericsson just went out. I can text and get on anything, but I can not receive or call out to anyone. I contacted Sony and they said they could send me another one. The only thin is, is that my mom has the same phone and half of her screen went out and also her phone always freezes. everyone that I know that have that phone has problems with it. So is there any ideas on how to get another one, such as calling cingular or sony and asking if they can give me a new phone or anything? Without paying the price for a new one? I have insurance on my phone, but I think all they do is give me the same one.
Take it to your providers store, or contact Sony again. I have a Sony Ericson as well, but mine is fine.
