I need to have my User Name changed To D4rK or D4rK, If possable. Please.

You should get more credits, so you can buy an Name Change.
I'm saving for it myself, it's only 200 creds

The admins wont do it. You need to save up for credits. The admins will only do it if its totally absolutly necissary.

^Thats for like if there is a conflict or something else drastic going on.

Other than that, you are to save up for your own.
