Photoshop Freezing Up On Loading

ok well ps freezes up on the loading page right on "reading text global resources...done" the big problem with it is that its not the program but something with my account because on the other computer accounts it works fine...

im running vista if that helps

 

somebody help me

 

if you start up PhotoShop, make sure there is no outher program working.
I had that also a while ago,
then i closed all the programs and did it again and it worked


or try to re-install the program!

Most likly your missing a file, so just try re-installing the file.

 

i tried reinstalling it, reformating and everything.. the only program i have that takes 7min to start

 

i got it to work, just need to delete the preferences

 

yea PS generally is HUGE due to the filters and depending on what you have input into it like

brushes/filters/ etc...

if u dont have much it will might still freeze up.
