Well, I bought this game roughly 2-3 days ago and I can honestly say that I am completely stunned by this expansion. It has bypassed all of my expectations that I had for it. I have been playing this game non-stop for the past few days.

It includes a new world a quarter the size of the original map (Cyrodiil). I must have put 15-20 hours in just the story line. I am sure that completing all quests in this expansion would include 20+ hours of gameplay. Everything in this expansion is new as well, charecters, weapons, spells, armor, terrain, ect., ect. There were a few things that I didn't exactly like about the game. Mainly minor things, such as the fact that there is only 1 city throughout the map. I enjoyed exploring the multiple cities in Cyrodiil, and was slightly upset that you couldn't purchase a house or anything in the city.

But all in all I am going to give this game a 9/10.

I would definitely recommend that you go out soon and purchase this game.

Is the Shivering Isles expansion pack the one with the new Oblivion gate? The one I'm talking about has an entrance through a weird statue that's mouth is open and the portal itself is blue. If so, I have it for the 360 and I recommend it too. It adds alot of gameplay to the game and is definitely worth getting. It also comes with a deed to Frostcrag Spire if you got in on the disc from last month's 9or maybe 2 months past) OXM. It's a house that is yours and you have to buy the parts but once you invest in it you can make alot of money off of it and have a cool place to stay.

Frostcrag Spire comes with the Knights of the Nine pack if you have Oblivion for PC. I have that pack, haven't gotten Shivering Isles yet but I plan to. :)

I'd definitely recommend getting it if you want to live in a castle.
I just finished purchasing all of the items for Frostcrag Spire today. It's pretty nice :)
It also comes with a place called...don't remember lol it's something Cove I think. But there's a pirate ship down there and you can take it over and hire a crew. Going to hire some people 2moro
I want to download the Knights of the Nine expansion but I don't want to buy any Gamerpoints or w/e they're called lol
I'm going to check out the new Oblivion gate, I forgot where it was, never been there in the game but I read about it when I got my disc

I bought the Frostcrag Spire and the Vile Lair today. Frostcrag Spire really isn't that great, but I think that the Vile Lair is awesome.
