When I do a speed test I get:

    Code:
Welcome to the µTorrent Port Checker.
A test will be performed on your computer to check if the specified port is opened.

    Checking port 20937 on 141.217.208.176...

Error! Port 20937 does not appear to be open.

Please see [url]www.portforward.com[/url] for more information about how to map a port.

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

Any idea what I should do?

torrents aren't illegal. you can download fedora core via torrents.

you need to open up your ports on your router (assuming you have one); if you don't have a router, then I guess it's your firewall. Find out your router type/model and do a google search for help on opening ports.
