How do I organize the songs, and get album art in it?

Depends what you mean by organise, if you want the bands organised click on 'Create A Playlist' on the bottom left corner, and click and drag the songs from that particular group into there.

adding album art, you find the picture on the internet and copy it. right click the song and click on 'get info' click on the 'artwork' tab and paste into the space.

How do I get it into the Ipod, next to the song title?

what kind of i-pod do you have, is it one that can support photos on the i-pod not an i-pod nano?

because if you have the photos on your itunes they should appear on the ipod next to the song title and band name.

yeah, the nano and the video and the photo all support album art. go into itunes, then you can right click songs and hit get album art and it puts it in. then you have to put it back on your ipod.

For the get album art method, that requires an Itunes store account, and I need a credit card to sign up,lol. But I found another way to do it.
