I only left because i didnt like the way IRC was used to talk about staff members , i was an admin of GR and people were typing about me , i can get into IRC through GR , but couldn`t type to defend myself .

With the few comments i saw about how GR would be better off without me as admin i left as i felt that i was not doing my job properly and was letting GR down in some way .

After a long time away from GR , i felt i wanted to help out as its been my home for a couple of years and yes it felt weird not being apart of it .

So i msn`ed Logic and let her know , and i believe it was put to a staff vote .

I was fully prepared to come back as Sectional mod and not Global mod . but the votes for my Gmod reinstatement were slighty higher than SMod .

Anyway i feel that what went on in the past , stays in the past .
No-one on GR knows me personally so i`m choosing to ignore any comments made about me , and just try and do my bit for GR .

Because posts, rep and credits really matter at this site anymore?

Honestly, any renderer can hit 10-20 rep per topic if they are decent, posts... well look at kirbir...

I was pointing out her posts, not her rep. Her rep has recently had 100+ rep removed, and weve gone through most of them, and no most of them aren't because shes a girl, but some were.

If you wanna see rep, look at Kazuya or Draven, whom have both had their rep gone through and both had under 20 invalid rep (in 500-650+ reps). Hence my point about render people whom are decent can make far more rep than someone whom is good at playing the marketplace and buying low/selling high and then giving away free resources.

Half the 'currency' (rep, credits, posts, etc.) are inaccurate measures on this site due to the fact that there are so many invalid reps, there are people who buy accounts, there are alot of credit scams and transactions that mess up our credit value, people hogging them, not using them, etc. Part of the reason why the GR Mafia just came about, as a main purpose to help GR, ran by 3 globals for the sake of getting donations (and raising them) to help out the people who have a rough time starting here. I personally have little / no use for credits and recently donated 10,000 credits which I know will be put to far better use than sitting around making me look good. Others would do well to follow my example to help increase the general morale of the site back to its former glory (which, despite what anyone else says, is indeed no longer around, and the site is slowly, but surely, falling unless we as a community, members as well as staff, can work together again).

And what have you done for GR to make it a better place?

I don't think you should have much of an opinion on the site if you haven't contributed. But I guess all opinions are ok.

Dude to be honest, what "whoever" was saying about you not doing your job properly is entirely not true. If anything you do the job the best and the most.

I don't want any arguements but I mostly only see Draven, Axiom Bratzer and BFTP only doing stuff around here anyway.

So I guess you have to see to believe? I guess if they do things behind the scenes it doesn't count , because you don't see it ....

    I love your thinking..

Contributions to the site are different than being able to blatantly see (via activeness, whether it be in visiting or posting, in this case visiting atleast a few hours a day) how she commented blaze.

However, I will say that most staff members currently on staff, do an equal amount of work, despite what the public sees, via mod logs, making suggestions, etc to back blaze up against Beatdown's comment.

While posting and not being invisible (like most mods are, otherwise we get spammed with PMs) members can see you. Alot of the mods will remain invisible and not post and simply do their job. Plenty of work gets done across the site that goes unseen to the members eyes.

    2) its not my job now is it, to make this site better, i come here... do what i have to do and go.. i think its fine the way it is.. besides the people who cant follow the rules.. but you will have that where ever you go
    3) i come here and look at stuff alot.. doesnt mean i post all the time
    4) yes.. its my opinion
    5) its none of your concern what i do for the site.. or what i do for that matter
