Fan Detection

    Is there anyway to make my bios or my pc program detect the speed of the 80mm case fans i have?

    if they are on molex, no.

    If they are connected on the motherboard, yes. (Then try speedfan, google ;) )

    There's also SiSoft's sandra that does fan speeds I believe.

    I don't regularly use programs like these (only when Im messing with the fans or feel something is wrong with my PC) but Everest was good. I think they've stopped doing a free edition now though.

    well i have 2 case fans, one is connected using molex, and the other one is the 3 pin thingy on the mobo... asus probe and speedfan wont detect it tho
