Vb Skin Convert

Does anyone know if it is illegal to convert a vb skin to IPB? And can anyone do this or make IPB skins?

It is no way illegal to covert a skin that is in Vb to a IPB skin, people do it all the time. If the skin is not yours and someone elses and you would like to convert it, then you should try and ask permission from the owner of the original skin. Obviously the skinning system is coded different, so it is no easy job.

Good luck finding someone to do the job, I would help you if I was really good at coverting skins!

Incorrect. It is illegal to transfer it from vB to IPB. I have asked the owner and developer to convert it to IPB and he has refused and that it is illegal. True, People do it all the time, But not legally.
