    Hey Everyone I had a problem with paypal where some one sent me some money to my account but I Cant send the money out it says authorization failed any help ?

    You need to verify your account I think.

    But If i cant vertify The Account Is there another way I can send the money to some one else then ?

    You need to either verify your account. Or set up a Canadian account. You can then send money withou verifying your account, though you have a $3000 USD limit.

    As for the money in your account, if you can't verify, then theres nothing you can do.
