you didn't listen to what he said, more than likely one reason for you to be having these problems is because you have no anti-virus or firewall not even a anti-malware programs. You need a god damn anti-virus and firewall for christ sake if your relying on windows firewall to save you it wont help because it has nothing else to help combat whatever bugs are trying to get into your system. The only thing in which you said you used suggested by browntoa was the Vundo when he posted those links for the anti-virus and firewall it seems you totally overlooked it let alone ignored it. Be more responsible with your laptop and take better care of it otherwise you wont have it for much longer.
I don't know what to do to help other than saying if you're on a wireless connection, it will slow down, just happens, is a bitch. Also, capitals only begin a sentence or proper noun, not every damn word!
I'll just re-iterate what the others said get a real firewall load the anti-virus I posted load windows defender none of the above will protect you 100% if you click on every link that pops up offering you free stuff, if you use torrents or P2P or open if you open every file that is emailed to you and if you are gaming then use an ethernet(Lan) connection where you can !!
ty for your replies ive just go a free upgrade with bt to 8mb and my internet is going much faster i have got the avast home edition installed it and rean it it hasnt found anything im now going to download that firewall but i was just wondering is there anything like an ultimate pop-up blocker that will block pop-ups becasue i still havent fixed the pop-up problem (the reason i started he thread) thank you for everyones help
only way to beat the pop ups is to follow the advice I gave you still have not answered the question , have you run Vundofix ??

ok well ive done all of that before with the adaware and everything i followed the post from before didnt do anything also i have executed the exe vermundo begone and it hasnt found anything at all i dont know what to do im still getting popups and im still in ME version of windows i really dont know what to do ? would it be wise to get a Widows reboot disk and backup all my data ?

well gee don't you think you should? If you get firefox theres a plugin called AdBlock Plus, download that then search for SUPERanti-spyware, download it and install then run it or you can try spyware doctor. and for this problem your having with the ME theme im guessing some of the OS files are corrupted because ive gone through a similar problem before.
Well could you think of a soloution for the ME corrupted files or is there somewhere where i could post another log using another program ?
