How Can I Transfer Xbox Games To Xbox360

As the topic describes how can i take my saved games from the original xbox and transfer them over on to my xbox 360? i had thought that they had made something for this but i guess i was wrong. Anyone give me any insight on my issue please..

 

Uhh..Wait until the game you're transferring gets backwards compatibility support for the 360?

 

according the the xbox website they said "most of the original xbox games are backwards capable. Still how can i get those saved games over to the 360?

Im sure its possible by modding it somehow or doing some ---- to the disc. I'll ask around some of my friends, they're good with modding box's.
