Hack And Slash

Besides God of war, Devil may cry, and Ninja Gaiden are there any other good hack and slash games for PS2, xbox, or 360?

Dead Rising you can get a katana?

 

Dynasty Warriors 3 - 5 and Samurai Warriors (1 and 2) are amazingly good hack and slash games.

 

N3 is pretty good for 360.

 

yeah Dynasty warriors are good games for that kind of stuff

 

my favourite was always the tenchu series but you could just wait for assasins credd i suppose

 

Shinob for th PS2 is pretty good!

 

Onimusha - any game in the series. Seriously.

Story = amazing
Graphics = amazing
Gameplay = deep

 

if you want to a -------hack and slash play condemned: criminal origins, its not so much a hack and slash as a mystery with hack and slash elements

 

Onimusha was a great game. Ninty Nine Nights for the 360 is pretty nice too. There's a HUGE library of moves and the graphics are great, and it's fun to fight 30 billion orcs at the same time with a staff.

 

Onimusha (don't remember which one) was one of the few Hack N Slash games I really had fun and went all the way tell the end of the game before finally taking it back to blockbuster with a 1month over due

KH2 isnt hack&slash!
And God hand is amazing a must get!

 

For 360 you should get Samurai Warriors 2 and empires.
Also go for Dynasty Warriors games.
