ok i need some help , my problem is that i have turned a picture black and white , now i need to know how to how to turn the eye a color like green , red , ect. so pls if you know of a tut or you can tell me how to do it , pls tell me!!!
Make a new layer ( ctrl+shift+n ). Take the polygonial lasso tool (find the lasso, click+hold, and select the poly. tool). Go around the eye selecting the pupil. When you make the complete cirle, hit "G", and your paint bucket tool comes out. Select the color you want to fill the selected area with, and paint it. Now, you see where you layer box is? Next to the circle in the image above, do you see the drop-down menu that says "Normal"? Change that to overlay (or soft light). ~Whit3 Boi
