    By the way:

    If members do not post for a week (discussion topic or this topic), you will be expelled from the crew, regardless of how good you are.

    Also, if you do not vote on new members you will be given a warning. You get some lee-way, but post if your going on vacation or are away from town.

    I used to make sites about 3 years but then i stopped it.. Owned a domain and 100visitors per day .. I just didn't have any time anymore :D Well, good luck tho :)
