How Do You Make Abstract Brushes?

    Yeh, like the title says, but I'm talking about abstract brushes as in the brushes like cougar42's, Wildw0lfs, and that. Not those stupid stormy kind of ones, or those fractal ones. Please help me!

    Well, you draw or find the abstract type of thing your looking for first.

    one thing you could try is having an abstract render select a piece you like of it and feather the edges out so it's smooth

    Yeah. Render it in c4d or another 3d modelling program as a targa with transparency. Then, open it in Photoshop, resize it, feather it, and go Edit>Define Brush ( I think ).
