I bought the Motorola V3 RAZR about two weeks back, and I'm just sick of it. I changed from Nokia once in my life and was dissapointed badly. My friend got the Nokia 5300 and it looks awsome, Music is super loud, it can hold up to 2g of memory and it is an overall cool phone.

Only problem is battery life...it seems to die every two days [prob because he uses it 24/7]. battery life isnt a big issue if I am happy with my phone, I dont mind charging it every second night or so. My Moto gets about the same life in it aswell and I dont do ---- with it...so it kinds of gets outweighed there aswell.

Problems with my Moto...and better things on the 5300.
    - Moto is quiet, Nokia is louder than a leer jet.
    - Moto gets less activity out of a bettery.
    - Nokia holds about 50 songs on default mem card, Moto holds about 1 if lucky.
    - Nokia is a bit more in price but has heaps more in it.
    - Bluetooth actually works on Nokia.
    - Nokia is way cooler after parties and clubs because when you get kicked out, you can still dance outside with all the ladies because it is actually that loud. [It is uber loud].

The V3 cost me about $200au and the 5300 is about $380au. I got offered 150 for my V3, so should I take it and buy the new 5300 or stay. Please tell me about any, if any problems about the 5300.

    Nokia 5300

    Thanks.

    1. EW Nokia

    2. Make your v3 better by modding/hacking it like I did ^_^ .. I pretty much have a Iphone now just on a v3 lol. Orthough my razr shuts off randomly time to time which is a bitch.

Overall I would actually say get the nokia .. as much as I hate to say it :(

I wouldn't mind having a razr..My mother and stepfather has the version 1 and 3, while I'm stuck with the v300. xD But Nokia is pretty good, I'd say go with that.

ive got the black v3 razr and have had no problems with it so far, don't really care about adding music to the phone thats why i have an iPod. Personally i hate Nokia with a passion, the past 3 phones i've had were Nokias all of whom fell apart for no apparent reason. id say stick with the razr.

Someone who agrees thankfully. Dont really want a Sony because I have used most of my friends ones and they seem really complicated. I've always had nokia, and it hasnt let me down once.

SE = To complicated for the average joe, lol. Sure I could work it out fine but overall I dont find it user-friendly.
