Did you delete anything? Run ccleaner before you turned off your computer or clear private data?

Yeah same here.. everything went to default but my Extensions and Theme and my bookmarks were all gone.. Also my toolbar resets everytime I reopen firefox, like if I added the bookmarks button its removed when I come back..
    Any fix would be great.

Start - run (with no firefox windows running) type firefox.exe -ProfileManager and make sure you're not running 2 profiles.

Just curious, but did you update to a later version. I lost all my bookmarks when I went to Firefox 2.0.0.1.
