Help..border

    HELP! i made a new layer but im now sure how to make a border please tell step-by-step or send me some kinda link...its driving me crazy!!!

    lol, take this from another PS noob.
    Ctrl+A to select all, then click Edit, then click Stroke. Type '1px' and select the colour of border you want.
    If this doesn't work, you either don't have PS, or you need to flatten layers, then make new layer.

    blackstar is rite if u want a very small boarder my way is--
    ctrl a > edit stroke > 5 pt black > edit stroke >4pt (this parts to do with the sig itself) > 2pt (lighter than the 4pt) > 1pt black. Thats how i do it quick and easy and looks better than a 1pt boarder
