Seriously,i can't argue with you either. I'm just too tired and i don't have the nerve for it but unlike you i see Playstation Home being the next big thing. Either way,i hope you have fun with your PS3.
well we are talking about online and seeing as they give you a period of time free so you can test it sort of involves it in this topic..... and what does these games have about this? i mean were talking about online. Anyways i've said my bit, hope it goes well.
You've mentioned the price tag sarcasticly. I've had to prove it to you that it's worth it. But yes,it doesn't have anything to do with online(unless the mentioned games have online but considering the nature of FF and DMC i highly doubt it but MGS on the other hand...). Anyway, the arguing stops here. /arguing
I just might buy a PS3 for this game... First I gotta get the money and then other games or else it would be a waste of money.
meh, I'll stick to just normally playing games online than ever use this. Looks like Second Life. I'd really like to see how this turns out with not many people using mics. If I wanted to just text and discuss stuff I'd do it on a forum or chat.
What should I call it then? Last time I checked anything 2D or 3D and interactive is a Video Game (everything else is a board game or something else no one cares for))... Unless everything suddenly changed and I missed the memo
....did you read that after you typed it? If you pay money for an online service like this, you know it's gonna be better because the company has the money to make improvements and to broaden that service. And, I realize that you are a MS hater and think they are the source of all evil, but because you pay for XBL they do have a responsibility. If you get something for free, the maker has no obligation to do anything to it...they can, yes...but if they decide to just stop, they have no responsibility to do anything for you. As soon as you pay for something, you better give people what they want for their money, because if you don't make them happy, you lose all the money.
True, but only to a certain degree.. Reminds me of the WoW/Guild Wars arguement again.. GW is a one off payment, WoW must be payed for monthly. Which is better? It all depends on user preference. (Personally, I prefer GW) At the end of the day, Sony are offering it for free. Simply because it is free, does not mean that it will suck. No one here knows exactly how it will fare with the sales, because no one can forsee the future, only predict how it will happen based on their own opinions. Frankly, I believe that 360 users have to pay because there currently is nothing really to compete with it. Wait until Home is released with the PS3. Only then can we be 100% sure which is better, because we can then try both of them (obviously if you have both consoles, and pay for Xbox online). And again, even then it will come down to user preference.
Stop flaming, last warning before I start handing out formal warnings and suspensions. This applies to everyone. Xbox fanboys, if you don't like it, shut up and go to your Xbox forums and gloat about how good it is. PS fans, if you don't like something someone else says, ignore it, comment on the topic, and not on the debates between which is better. People are entitled to their opinions, no matter how strict you are on yours.
Ok, after looking closer at the game I thought that it looked really really cool. However, I dont know if you guys play the game "Second Life" but it looks EXACTLY LIKE IT, infact it looks TOO MUCH like it. Lets examine some proof, shall we? Second Life Sony Home (acording to Fox News) Now, the SH screen shot could be fake but if that is real, Sony will be being sued by the Lindens SOON. I honestly think that that shot is fake but here is the link to where I found it http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,257798,00.html This game does look amazing though, when the PS3 drops down in price I will be getting it
Just proof that the PS3 will get better over time. This looks really cool...it's not a new idea as there are alot of computer messaging programs that let you do some of these things but I have to say this looks alot better, and the fact that you can play games with the people you meet is really nice. I can't wait to get my PS3 and for all the cool stuff to come out.
Damn it people! It's not a game it's a community service To put it in layman terms it's Mii + Achivements + Second Life combined.
