Something You Should Be Aware Of...

While searching for my name on google for fun, I saw my net-alias "DrkXFuZion" appear on this site. Never having been to this site before, I took a look and realized I wasn't the only person using this name. I WOULD have been fine with this until I learned that this person has also been stealing my work and passing it off as his/her using my name as a cover.

If there is one thing I cannot tolerate, it is theft of artwork and intellectual work over the intenet. Now I realize this is I have no authority here but I want those who do have power to be aware of this.

As to the identify theft, I want all links to my work removed, and deleted from your hard drive as well. Not only have you stolen my identity and my artwork, but you have also hotlinked as well. And you continue to pass yourself off as me. Seeing as I have told few about my work other than friends on other forum, I have a feeling you may be someone I know and If you do what I ask, I may forgive you somewhat.

EDIT: I believe I may know who the culprit is but I still can't change anything that has happened on this site. He goes to another site which I moderate though so if an admin needs his IP address to confrim, I have it ready.

Mods/Admins of this site, you can do whatever you please but I ask that you understand my point of view.

Yes it does...at least I've figured out who the person is and I've begun taking care of it outside of this forum. However, he's still left his mess here and he needs to fix it...

With that aside, I must say this is a pretty nice site and I can learn a lot by being here. Sadly, I'll have to add "The Real" to my name if I wanna sign in here. But yeah, sorry this had to happen.

Yeah, it does suck, I have to make my gallery private now because of this. Since I kinda do signature requests on Rockman forums, this is a burden for everyone as they no long have access to the exhibition gallery, which people tell me they enjoy a lot. So a lot of people have to suffer for one's action.

Sure thing, I think I've decided on sticking around...sadly, if he doesn't comply, things might get worse overall.

EDIT: Hmm, he was just viewing this thread but doesn't wanna do anything...either he plans to argue his point of innocence here or he's plain afraid...either way, all the evidence is against him. Plus I have many people to back me up.

Wow. Theives suck. I've even had my stuff stolen once before. Anyways, "The Real DrkXFuZion" is just as it says, the real deal. I hope this all gets solved soon. Nyeh.

well, you could ask him yourself if you want. I have his AIM if you want it. Plus, he's been lurking around this thread yet he hasn't said a word. Hell, he hasn't said a word on the other forum which I posted a link to either. Either he believes what he did was right or he's too scared to admit what he's done.

there's a link right there. Unfortunately, I have added password access because of this...I think I already gave quite a bit of proof though with all the links I provided.

I can also give the mods the IP from another forum and have it matched to prove my point although he's already given himself away many times. I have all AIM conversations logged as well so I can give you the part of the conversation where he asks for the pictures which he had rendered here although I don't have the part where I actually gave him the pictures (As middle_man doesn't record the Direct-Connect part of conversations unfortunately...at least as far as I know.)
