    I use it for mostly gaming and graphics that I do.

    does it have a graphics card?

    and what chipset does it use?

    Yeah it had this little thing..Integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 900 for the graphics card. And Ill I know is that my computer isn't a PCE-I

    your video isnt a graphics card; its integrated graphics (on the motherboard). also, it's pci-e, not pce-i :P

    There isn't much you can do for the thing to upgrade it graphics wise. Also, it uses DDR memory, which is kind of outdated. I'm not sure what to suggest, maybe chris does.

    lol, my bad i always screw over my letters. I hope I can upgrade this piece of crap :P The guy at futureshop did not pick the right computer for me -_-

    Well the program tell me that my chipset is a intel i915P/i915G

    well, there isn't much at all you can do with that. As far as I know, all/most intel motherboards with a 915 chipset do not have an AGP slot, and you said it doesn't have PCI-e, which limits you to just a PCI graphics card.... and all of those suck.

    Any chance you can stick it out and save up for a bigger upgrade?

    if you live nearby a Fry's electronics store, try for an e4300+motherboard combo for like 150 then add in 2GB RAM for say 130(it will drop and he doesn't need anything insane) and then something like a GeForce 8600 for 150ish.

    and a new power supply for like 70ish...

    net result... a machine that eats games for breakfast.
