There is no need for the copyright to be plastered over the whole template. It's a quite plain, could do with a little more contrast I think, also the structure could use some work, there's nothing that really stands out. Even though you said the navigation stands out more without the copyright, I still don't think it would be enough, you don't want people to have try and find the navigation. Finally, try a slightly lighter background, black rarely works nicely. Keep working on it!
I'll see what I can add to "zaz" it up a bit. Any suggesions? Any suggesions on a lighter color? And I will keep working on it! ~Whit3 Boi
