I sold 2,700 credits to him for $12. Now like some others he did something on PayPal saying that I didn't send him what he bought. Now i've lost my $12 on PayPal and now have -$1.37 because of it. Now I can do a "Resolve Case" on PayPal but I need tracking information, which means I need credit logs to show that I sent them correct? And I have all the information on our conversation about me sending him credits for $ if you need that.

Unfortunately, credit logs wont help you, paypal doesnt get involved over disputes of virtual items, members have had this problem before with people.

Nothing regarding paypal. However we are looking into banning this member, as he is a repeated offender.

The member has been banned for some time. Paypal isnt gonna care about the credit logs...its a virtual item, and any virtual proof shown, a large corporation isn't going to care about, because its virtual and thus far too easy to edit.

This is a risk you take, theirs nothing we can do about this - adding credits into the economy will worsen it and we are obviously not paypal.

Even with transactions paypal does support, a refund isn't guranteed when your product arrives banged up, etc.

    Welcome to life,
    Andrew
