Money Transactions (suggestion)

Is there anyway we could implement something like a transaction list for credits.

Like when we send money it said something like:
"Sent To: Blah"
"Amount: 500"
"Date: xx/xx/xxxx"

 

I'm not exactly following what you mean, could you explain it further?

 

he mean a link where he can see which translations he have done .

 

you mean a something like a pm back to your account on the basis of a receipt?

 

The data so its eaisir for admins and mods to check logs for scammers ect.

 

How is it easier? It normally takes a day for an admin to check a topic, etc.

I believe what he is trying to say is a "history" page for credits. It would include the member you sent the credits to, the amount of credits sent, and the date + time the credits were sent.
Not a bad idea, although, it seems like extra work unless this can be implimented very easily. It only takes a day for an administrator to check the logs anyway. Where would they put it anyway? It will take up alot of space and members will have to constantly delete them - just as they need to delete the messages when they recieve credits.

 

On the browser game they had stuff streaming from the side.

So maybe if they add this it could be some click-able next to:

"My Controls · View New Posts · My Assistant · 0 New Messages"

Only it would be like this:

"My Controls · View New Posts · My Assistant · Money Log · 0 New Messages"

And so instead of it sending it to your inbox theres a section for them all.

There's already something just like that in the Admin panel, so I don't really see why we would code that up for the hell of it. Just doesn't make much sense to me.

 

I can see it being both useful and also a nuisance. The usefulness is already noted in this chat, as it will allow you proof of any transaction you've had..if you use the note effectively.

The nuisance would be the security risk it adds on to the forum. I know of one other credit system that uses something like this, i will try to look into it myself and see what I can come up with. Can't promise this coming soon though.

Well I for one think it to be quite annoying when a person like myself or others have to wait a day or even longer because a admin either isn't prompted to check it out or doesn't care to.

With this all the person would have to do is provide a screenshot of the whole page. Making a Admin checking the logs no longer needed.

Also makes it so that credit issues can be handled by gmods instead of admins now.

 

I like the idea. It would help out with a lot of credit issues.
