Could care less about the number, someone just needs to explain to him the reprecussions of abuse of the rep system. If you look at most of his -reps they are complete abuses. I.E. He - repped me in a conversation he wasn't involved in, and in the complete wrong manner. Edit Would like to add;

Are you kidding me kid? I helped write the rules on the reputation system here. I believe I know what abuse is. We will let a mod deal with this. And way to give contraception of your side of the PM, and not give the full response.
